There are a lo of reports about these scumbags here. They tried thier scam on me and I am going to get even. These calls originate out of India. They have bought US numbers from RNK telecom and route the calls over the internet. I have been working with RNK to get all known numbers shut down. AS of the last two days I have successfully shut down ten of thier numbers. They know I am doing this to them and they are furious. They call me night and day with threats. I wil not stop untill they are destroyed. If you have any known phone number for them, please respond with it so I can get it disconnected.

I received about 8 calls today from these people. The number they gave me was 631-532-8144. Whats real scary is they have so much of my information. I have been dealing with these people for about 2 years. The company names change but the story is still the same. James Anderson telling me today I owed money to US National Bank. I asked several times for them to send me copies of the lawsuit against me. They got very agressive with me. James said he would email them to me. Lets see if really does. I have been filing complaints with the Attorney General in my state and each state they claim to be located in. I have also filed complaints with the FTC.
The address they gave me today was 56 Avenue, Lindenhurst NY 11757. Good luck taking them down.

i have anothr number for you and was wondering what has been the latest update with th phone company you are working with? 916-395-0000, i will file my own report with more information, but they call from alot of th numbers listed and when i stopped answering those calls this new one showed up and its local so i answered and got them also known as the Federal crime bureau, not the FBI but FCB. I new they where fake from day one but had to prove it to myself anyway. thanks for the reports!

I got a call from the same people trying to get me to fax them a copy of my DL and a debit or credit card. Their fax number is 714-333-3106 and the phone number they refuse to answer from since i threatened to call the police and the attorney general is 818-483-0164. They called a friend of mine looking for me too. When I told her that it had to be a scam she called them back and told them she was calling the cops if they kept calling us. They got pretty rude with her and used some not so pretty words. She is down at the police station right now filing a report against them. I am so glad I read your report. I hope you can shut them down for good.Thank you.

I just began to receive the same calls from a company named "US Legal Affidavit" from the Law offices of Michael Anderson. Clearly, all employees sound as if they have an accent from India. The number I got from them was (818) 483-0164. They refused to give me any information, hung up on me 3-4 times when I called back to get information on written paper. Please tell me what you are doing, so I can get these people off phone list.

They keep calling me from 052-797-815. I must have had 20 calls in 15 minutes from them. I let them all go to voice mail and when I listen to it I get told he is some officer and that's about all I can understand.

They called me from 530-267-0821 he said his name was Daniel Marshal from Legal Affidavit Processing.
He had my full social security number that he got from Instant Cash USA when I applied for a loan. Now I'm afraid they are going to use it and ruin my credit!!!!!

Just to warn you - 6 months ago these guys harrassed me - today I got another call they are now going by CNA as their company - same Indian accent - still using american names - "David Becker " phone number 201-984-3274 which is a land line out of Jersey City, NJ. I just recieved another phone call from someone saying they are from US National Bank - I went through this 8 months ago and thought I got rid of them. This time his name was "David Becker" and his number this time was 201-984-3274 it is a land line located in Jersey City, NJ. I hung up on him so I know he will call back - threatening to charge me with a felony and have officiers come pick me up. Not sure how much he wants this time but he's not getting anything. Dont let them scare you - they are nothing but scammers - He isnt too smart - he keeps calling me at work - I work for an attorney and date a police officer - I told him that last time but I guess he forgot. These guys need to be taken down - guess I will have to report them again.

This exact thing happened to me and they have been harassing me at work all day. I had never heard of this site and now I am thankful that I found it because these people really had me in a panic. They use scare tactics like threats immediate arrest.
They call everyone they can connect to you - family and friends, place of employment and tell everyone you are not paying your bills.

Victim of US National Bank

I was a recent victim of US National Bank and that Habib (who likes to use American names) tried to con me, but unfortuanetly it didn't work for him since I got the best of him. He tried to charge $4,000 on my credit card and got caught threw my fraud alert/protection I have on my credit cards and my SS#. He recently called and left 2 messages again on my cell phone (weird how he only calls my cell phone and not my home) and told me that if I did not call him back I will be arrested and have serious legal issues to deal with. He called from 305-749-0405 and had that heavy indian accent. I know thousands of victims have received the same type of threats and attempts on their financial security during these hard economic times, but i hope everyone keeps doing what we can to catch these criminals. I will be contacting my congressman to start pushing for a federal law on keeping out of country businesses being able to contact the USA without official documentation, correct caller ID verifications and/or no contacts at all! We need to keep our workforce in america and not contract it out of the country!

Today is the second time Mr. Johnson, ya right, with an Indian accent called me. I was so happy I read everyones experience with these people. This time I was able to tell him he is a scam artist and is all over the internet and we all know it. I thanked him for the new phone number he is using and told him I was going to put it on this website for the person who has been getting them disconnected. The newest phone number they are using on me is 213-221-3541. Lets get this one disconnected also. They are a bunch of jerks. They Like swear at you and use sex talk. They are trying this again...only this time, same names different office. Now they are from the Back Office of the Credit Bureau. Phone Number this time...949-528-2407. Once again a bogus number you can just type these numbers into google and they have reports on numbers that pop up. Could not tell me what "company" they are representing, could not tell me what the initial amount of the loan payment was...NOTHING. So I told them that I was reporting them, and if they had anything to say to me then they need to send it to me in writing along with a copy of the loan contract and the information of the company I took the loan out with. They refused. I figured after last time, it was over. I guess not

I think I may have received the final call from them last Friday. I had told them that I had filed reports with my local Police Dept, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, the Attorney Generals Office, Federal Trade Commission. Then I proceeded to tell them that my attorney had advised me to record all conversations with them and I was doing so then. That got him (James Parker or Eric Matthews or whomever he was pretending to be) to shut up. I then told him that if I received another phone call at my residence, work, on my cell or at my parent's house (YES...my parent's house. I have no idea how they got that #) that I would pursue charges for Harassment, Extortion and Identity Theft. He hung up on me, and I haven't heard a word since.
After I got over the initial shock and then anger, all I want to do is make them as scared as they make other people feel. I'm doing everything I can to see about taking these companies down. I have even called the phone companies that the numbers are associated with to let them know what they are doing; however I have yet to hear anything back from them.

If you can let the machine or voice mail pick up messages from these scum
Take pictures of your caller id and make notes of all incoming calls (learned that from my lawyer) - make a tape of any voice mail that is left
From what I remember on a piece ABC news did on them - they hacked into a database and got info on anyone and anything that had to do with payday loans

i received a phone message last wednesday with the same cryptic information about how this is a time sensitive matter and so on. I called back and they stated that US Bank was filing charges against me for wire fraud, check fraud and bank fraud and I'd have to pay back $5,484.47 total. They also stated that I would be arrested and such for an internet payday loan that I did not take out. They had the last four of my social, relatives names and bank account information that hasn't been open in almost a year. I got online and researched and then called them back. I explained to them that what they are doing is illegal and they can't threaten me with anything like that. The guy that I talked to was very rude and told me that I had 24 hours to get back to them with the name of my attorney. I contacted my local sheriff's office the next day and explained to an investigator what had happened. He said to ignore them and document any and all calls they make to me. These people sounded like they were from India and could barely speak English. They need to be shut down. What they are doing is obtaining large amounts of money from people illegally. If I can be of any kind of help just let me know! I'd love to shut these a-holes down for good!!!!

They also stated that I would be arrested and such for an internet payday loan that I did not take out. They had the last four of my social, relatives names and bank account information that hasn't been open in almost a year. I got online and researched and then called them back. I explained to them that what they are doing is illegal and they can't threaten me with anything like that. The guy that I talked to was very rude and told me that I had 24 hours to get back to them with the name of my attorney. I contacted my local sheriff's office the next day and explained to an investigator what had happened. He said to ignore them and document any and all calls they make to me. These people sounded like they were from India and could barely speak English. They need to be shut down. What they are doing is obtaining large amounts of money from people illegally. If I can be of any kind of help just let me know! I'd love to shut these a-holes down for good!!!!

i received a phone message last wednesday with the same cryptic information about how this is a time sensitive matter and so on. I called back and they stated that US Bank was filing charges against me for wire fraud, check fraud and bank fraud and I'd have to pay back $5,484.47 total. They also stated that I would be arrested and such for an internet payday loan that I did not take out. All of this happened to me today...while at work. I am so happy that there is a website like this, otherwise I would have probably paid them $700 today. With all this info, I can't wait for them to call me back again. Anyway, here are the numbers that they have been contacting me from:
760-653-1125 - which is a land line carried by Global Crossing Local Services, Inc. out of San Marcos, CA.
805-299-0901 - listed under Pfeuffer DZ - land line carried by Paetec Communications out of Moorpark, CA.
I believe there may be a third # out of Denver, CO; but I need to do a little more research into that one before I post it here.
I have received phone calls from an 'Unavailable' number as well.
