US Passport Now Advertised Service - Then No Response - Put On Hold for Hours When Phoned - Then Firm Was Argumentative, Internet

College Student needed assistance with getting a passport for an upcoming trip.  This service promised expediated services in processing the passport.  In order to obtain this assistance, you pay a $79.00 processing fee for the passport; then a $50.00 fee for the card passport.  Once you pay for the service, they send you an email with your case number on it with the service ordered.

Once you receive the case number, you call 1-800-881-2464 to speak to one of the passport specialist they are supposed to give you the the shipping address to send your documents (states do not send to the address posted on website****this should have been our clue).  When you call the number, someone answers and says very quickly "please hold"....you are placed on eternal hold - hours.  We hung up after the phone battery died and again after being placed on hold for over an hour.  Many attempts were made to contact this firm - so we finally went to the post office.  (Don't be fooled - they list the closet post office on the website)...****HOWEVER**** OUR POST OFFICE Passport Service Had NEVER HEARD OF THIS FIRM!!! 

When we finally got someone to answer and talk to us - we were told we had to respond within 24 hours and they were unable to help us now.  Danielle and David -- were rude - unhelpful - insisted they were government employees and threatened us.

We paid for services that were never rendered - was not offered any acceptable assistance!  THIS ALL SCREAMS FRAUD!!!  Stay AWAY!  The website looks legit - all they will do is take your money and run!
