After leaving a deposit of $600.00 and payin for almost an entire year of monthly payments of $250.00 for a policy of "full" coverage, someone hit my car and do u belive this insur. wouldnt cover any injury sustained 2 ne other party weather in my veichle or not. The refused to try n speak wit da gulty parties insur. agency about fixin my car and when there rep. called me gave me a diry attitude and thought i was lying. They didnt even give the guilty parties insurance a chance to take responsibility. They refused to pay for my rims and tires and sent me a check for $1500 when the entire rear end suspension brake disk, brake line, brake pads, body work and baked paint job was destroyed, they told me if i went to any other body shop than the one they choose they wouldnt pay the difference. By the way they choose some mickey mouse place to fix it and when i asked if i could take my car to a certified dealer to fix they wouldnt! This is by far the worst company i have ever done any type of business with and if ur reading this now I suggest, no I URGE you do not have ur viehcle insured by U.S. SECURITY INSURANCE COMPANY, INC., unless u wish to have someone take all your and your wife and ur children, big or small, money. It would be better to go atop a building and throw ur life savings away, at least that way u may have a better chance of an good, honest person getting ur money instead of these thieves! You've been warned, this comes from personal experince. Good luck n remember be sure to stay away when u see U.S. SECURITY INSURANCE COMPANY, INC!<-----JUST SAY NO!!!!
