I received an "Official Registration Confirmation" for $3,700,300.00 in the mail, but first I had to submit the W-915 form with $20. I was given 7 days to respond.

I believe this is fraud because it is a lie sent through the US Postal Service. (Reference: The Firm w/ Tom Cruise)

This is misleading to make a person believe that the money was already won.
