Called the toll-free number and after about 20 minutes of being on hold, someone answered.
I expressed my concern that I thought this was a fraudulent bill and the representative (quite friendly) informed me that it states on the back (in fine print) that the "invoice" is in fact a solicitation.
Looked on the back, and sure enough, under item #10 (General) it states: " THIS IS A SOLICITATION FOR AN ORDER OF GOODS AND SERVICES..."
Maybe not fraudulent or a scam, but DEFINATLEY misleading and questionable solicitation practices...
