US Tax Solutions Did Not Perform As Promised, Unresponsive Since Hixson, Tennessee

I contacted this company back in July, 2010 and after speaking with Jerry several times, secured their services in August. I paid them $400 to begin and another $400 in Sept, under the pretense that something was being done on my behalf.
I hired them to help with my IRS issues and my contract was very specific what I expected and what they expected.
In Sept, on about the 6th or 7th, I started receiving letters again from both the IRS and the state, some of them claiming they would begin the process to levy my property if they did not hear from me. I was told US Tax Solutions would handle all correspondence so I was concerned. I contacted Jerrys office and he quickly took my call and said they hadn't received any letters. Then the next week I got more letters and on Thrusday, Sept. 16th I emailed Jerry directly, just looking for a response, something. He did not respond. I emailed again on Friday, no response. I called their office on Monday and was told he would call me back or email me that day, no response. I called Tuesday and was told the same thing and again, no response.
