In Oct 2012 received a second letter threatening penalties, late fees, collection fees, and refusal of reminder notices of filing deadlines under 15 USC SS 1058,1141k and 15 USC s1059, among other things. I became suspicious and contacted my attorney and the ripoff report.
Obviously I lost $375.00 in July, however I have contacted my AG.
Please let me know if there is any legal action taking place against this company.
