Refund Policy told to you over the phone BEFORE they ask for a card:
There is a one-time refundable enrollment of 99.50, which is refunded upon your request if you
1. Fail your exam
2. If you are not offered a job on your first interview
3. Once you have completed your first full week as a new postal employee
When you receive your book, you learn of yet another way that company tries to help you...
4. If there are no job openings within 100 miles within 12 months requiring you to take exam 460, 473, or 473-C.
The company does understand that some people live in rural areas which sometimes don't offer exams as often as others, but the facts still remain, you heard and agreed to the refund policy. Stop complaining and call the company and ask them how to move forward so you can qualify for your refund.
