Thank you for writing and thank you for purchasing Exam Services' study guide to prepare for the postal exam. I am so sorry to hear of your recent surgery, but I am happy to hear you are on the road to recovery and are ready to re-enter the workforce.
We at Exam Services perform a service by advertising across the nation the BENEFITS of working for the US Postal Service. We believe that the US Postal Service is one of the nation's best employers and we are dedicated to helping those who would like to prepare themselves for the US Postal Services' Postal Battery Exam. Just as people across the nation purchase study guides for the SAT, GRE, LSAT and other qualifying tests, we provide a study guide for the Postal Battery Exam. We do not provide US Postal Service jobs, but we work diligently to help guide those who purchase our products to the venues in their community that do by guiding them to USPS career pages. We have no control over the USPS hiring process, but try to educate candidates such as yourself, about the process that the USPS has established for hiring. The Post Office will notify a person of the testing time and location as they prepare to offer the next exam in that area for which there is space available. Exam Services does offer a customer support group that will assist an individual as much as possible, but we cannot speed up the post office. You may still reach us to sort out your problem. Our customer support hotline is 1-800-584-1859.
We recently had some technical difficulties with our website. It has now been repaired. This site (www.usworkalliance.com ) is functional and secured for the privacy and protection of the consumers. It is subject to occasional down times for maintenance and updates but these are limited. This site is a tool to assist with finding the postal opening in an area, but the actual acceptance of an individual and the notification of a testing location is dependent on the US Post Office that handles all exams.
We have a return policy that we believe is in the best interest of our clients. We offer refunds to clients if: 1) they do not pass the exam, 2) if they pass the exam and are called in for an interview and don't get offered the job, 3) if they pass the exam and are called in for an interview and are offered the job and they accept it and complete one full week of work, 4) if a client does not have the opportunity to take an exam in their area for one year. If you feel you meet one of these requirements call us for a refund, our customer service hotline is 800-584-1859.
