I applied for a postal exam in 2007. I registered on the work alliance website and was never informed about an exam in my area. I called on the phone to be sure there was no exam in my area. The operator told me I would get an email notifying me of an exam, which I did not get. I called the 800 number for my refund, and could not get through. Elisha Clovis, California
