I purchased a Baby Dreams Enchanted crib from USA Baby in February 2013, I was due in May 2013.  The crib arrived in March 2013 with a crack down the front of the headboard.  We contacted USA Baby immediately, and we were told that a new headboard would be shipped to us within 4-6 weeks.  We patiently waited for the arrival of the headboard, even after our son was born in May, 2013.  Finally, in June 2013, the headboard was delivered and it was also damaged.  We sent the new headboard back with the delivery crew and contacted USA Baby.  They told us that we could wait another 4-6 weeks for a new headboard or could purchase another crib from them, but they would not refund our money because we did not return the crib within 30 days.  We told them that we were not waiting since it took 3 months for the new headboard to arrive the last time and that we wanted a full refund of our money. [continued below]....

.....  The only reason that the crib was not returned within 30 days was due to the fact that USA Baby had promised to send us a new headboard that was not damaged. USA Baby gave us a really hard time, and refused to refund our $50 shipping cost, and even made us pay half of the shipping ($25) to ship the damaged crib back to them before they would refund our money.  This was our first baby, and this experience was extremely upsetting.  I will never shop in this store again, and want other expectant parents to be aware of the practices of USA Baby, and also to be vary weary of purchasing a Baby Dreams crib since we received 2 damaged products from them.  This incident was very stressful.  In addition, because we did not have a crib for our son until he was almost 6 months old, he is now 8 1/2 months old and we still cannot get him to sleep in a crib at night.  Please think twice before purchasing a product from either of these companies.
