USA CREDIT - USA SHOPPING CLUB USA CREDIT - TOOK UNAUTHORIZED FUNDS FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT Uniontown Pennsylvania

USA Credit took unauthorized funds from my account - the first time they attempted I didn't have that amount in my account and it caused insufficient funds charge of $35.00 an then after trying a second time they were successful with the deduction but it caused an several pending debits to overdrft (another $35.00 each). When I called to confront them they told me that I authorized the deduction when filling out a survey and that they have given me a on-line shoping credit of $7,500.00 and that they have reported this open account to TransUnion. And I was told that they are helping me build good credit, when I told them that I wanted to cancel my membership they told me it would cost $30.00 for NSF for the first unsuccessful debit and then $35.00 cancellation fee + a $35.00 app fee and would refund me $49.95 which would take about 10 business days to process.
