USA Card Services - GlobalTech Leasing - LADCO Leasing My bank account closed after 3 years of fraudulant payments debited by LADCO Leasing. Thousand Oaks California

I too have been Ripped Off first by USA Card Svcs now most recently by LADCO Leasing. They (LADCO) reported to Experian ruining my credit of recent late pay. My bank account closed due to debits from LADCO of payments I no longer could afford or never should have continued paying in the first place. I spoke with the LADCO representative in Oct trying to reason with him about my situation and questioned about debiting my account and to cease. I also wrote them a letter to that effect.

I never made a cent with USA Card Svcs and now 3 years later and before my lease is paid in full, I had to pull the plug. I refuse to pay for equipment that never worked with my business (now closed). I questioned USA Card Svcs about this equipment and why did I need this equipment when I worked from home and never had any intentions of scanning credit cards. A search for USA Card services on the BBB site shows that they are know where to be found. My customers were supposed to be online which never developed.

I was told by USA Card Services in 2005 that nothing could be done. 3 years later, I am told that I must accept to pay off my Lease with LADCO of $700 or they will add other charges totaling $1400 or more. This is not acceptable and I am seeking help. I am now in Foreclosure with little chance of succeeding in working for myself. I can't afford legal services so I am seeking to join any class action Lawsuits against these companies until my lease is broken and payment restored to me. I have paid them over $2600 so far and for what?
