USA Credit This company ripped off my friend Uniontown Pennsylvania

My friend went on the internet to try to get a payday loan and filled out the application for Usa Credit, then they took 149 out of her account which left her account overdrawn.

She came to me and when I called them they told me that they would send her a check for only 75 dollars and still give her the 7500 dollar credit, I argued with them for about 45 minutes.

They told me that they could not refund all of the money, they only started offering me 50 dollars and I continuesly told them that we wanted all the money returned but they refused.

Now we have a useless credit card and a major over draft in the account because the bank charges 7 dollars for every day that the account is in overdraft.And needless to say that we recieved the credit card and some information but we have not gotten the money that they said they would send.All that we want is to get the money back and the overdraft charges and the daily charges taken care of.
