USA Discounters Extremely Poor Customer Service!!!!! Virgina Beach, Virginia

These people do not even try to work with you and if for some reason you find that can not make a monthly payment watch out because these people are just down right nasty to deal with!!   If you are late by even one month they will start legal action.  If you are late by 1 day they will start legal action.  Mr.  Fayton who claims to have been a criminal attorney claims that if you are late that he has no other recourse than to take you to court.  He also lets you know that you will incur all court cost.  You can offer to make future payment all you want till you are blue in the face but this man does not care and is just itching to take someone to court.  It does not matter if you are having financial hardship, THEY DON'T CARE!!!!  All they care about is their money. 

According to Mr. Fayton if you fail to pay on your account then he does not get paid either.  If you think that you will just by pass him for another more caring manager, forget it.  The one above him is just as snooty and talks down to the customer like they are dirt and not worth his time.  They do not value their customers in any way shape or form.  It is like pulling teeth to get someone to actually help you much less talk nice to you.  You could be their best customer paying on time for months but if you miss one payment be prepared to be told how bad you are and how much you are hurting their company.  They won't ask how can they help you or make things better.  They instead will talk nasty to you and threaten you with legal action.  I have never in my life dealt with a company that was so unwilling to help their customers.  They claim to be in support of the military.  WHAT A LIE!!!!  I heard that the military black listed them.  I surely hope this is true because I feel sorry for some poor soldier who has to deal with their craziness.   I am sure they may be ok to deal with if you are having no issues with payment but let me tell you that if you miss even one payment for any reason, they will treat you like you just are a low level thug.  Even collection agencies are more willing to work with a customer than these people so that should say something about what type of people are operating this company. 

So if you are reading this post and contemplating doing business with these guys...DON'T DO IT!!!!  Find someone who treats their customers with the red carpet treatment through the good and the bad.  This company is not worth the time or the headache!
