I have placed multiple calls to the 800-798-7398 TODAY, and I have found the customer support to be one of the W-O-R-S-T I have ever dealt with. I do not find the operators/representatives to be at all pleasant, knowledgeable or helpful. I will not recommend any products by Euro-Pro, Infinity, Bravetti, Fantom or Shark simply due to the extremely poor service and the lack of availability of the parts locally. Both the Rep and her supervisor lacked training, information and poise. To offer an alternate parts company without an address or phone is foolish. To tell the customer to GOOGLE Merc Acquisition, displays a lack of support documentation. Just clarify another problem, there are 50 States in the USA ... not 52. It is time for some consumer policy reviews and customer courtesy training.

Follow-up: Due to the terrible follow-up in Service, I called about 10 local companies for parts to the Shark UV219CS, Euro-Pro. I was told that this is considered a throw-away unit and parts are not to be found. I went to the local SEARS parts center, and I have found that the Sears/Kenmore Upright Replacement belts #205275, are a DIRECT copy of your belt. Furthermore, your price of $15.95 Plus S/H of $5.95 for a total of $22.50 is very close to Fraud. The Sears Replacement package has TWO belts for $3.99 + tax of $4.19, and I repaired the unit. Please add this to your associates list of reference materials.
