Do your research a little more thourghly than I did. Hard working people like me, seem to be very trusting --a little too trusting...and so we allow ourselves to get sucked into something that is too good to be true. Ask guestions --many questions---i was only foolish enough to give them a small amount and on one phone call with an individual things sounded a little fishy, when i began asking some more questions, the tone was not so "helpful" but "well if you dont have the $12,000 fee then we really cant help you right now" so lesson learned --an expensive lesson for a small business owner, but nonetheless, i am wiser because of it....work hard--nothing is free---God Bless

Since my last report concerning USA Grants Inc. I have been contacted many times by different individuals. Some claiming that the $12,000 needed was a misunderstanding on my part, yes of course, on my part. Now they claim to have all these foundations willing to fund my project and that I need to fill out questionaires. OK, I will go along. however the different foundations they have sent to me, I have done some internet research on myself. It seems that almost all of these foundations that USA Grants claims may fund my project, only give funding to 501c3 organizations, and I am a S-corporation. Funny that I could find this out but their "professional" grant writing members could not. They have taken my small business for some money, shame on me, they will not get any more of my companies money, and I will continue to let anyone and everyone know to be afraid of these people. I am working with the BBB southern Nevada, and I would like for USA Grants Inc. to "man up" and refund the money that was given to them by my small business.
