USA Magazine Exchange overcharging ripoff. I tried to cancel the subscription since it was "money back guarantee" and they told me that they couldn't do it. Glendale Arizona
*Consumer Comment: Jeff, you can still do many things to exact a legal and maybe very costly ending for them!!!

I put a stop payment on my Discover and then they sent me to collections. Instead of this being on my credit report I eventually paid the amount due in full and called them to get my magazines. Today I talked to "Kim" who is apparently their collections person and she treated me like CRAP. She went on to say that nobody there would never not take a cancellation and that I shouldn't have been deliquent on my account or have given them my Discover #.
This has been absolutely ridiculous and will do my best to recover my costs one way or another. This company needs to be shut down and/or be prosecuted for wrongful promises.
