How to get your money back.

My account has been debited twice for $149.99 in less than a month. I had no idea who these people were or what happened until I called the bank and received a copy of the "E check". I was a victim of identity theft and this is the fifth debit out of my account by various companies. If I were you were you I would go to the bank and dispute the charges. The bank will put your money back into the account but then you'll have to either file a stop payment on the e-check or change bank accounts. Trust me, it's an on-going problem. You best work with your financial institution rather than this company. You'll get a hundred different stories on how to get your money back and you probably never will. My bank is putting the money back and will let this fraudulent company know they are not getting my money.
Good luck, they are everywhere.
