USA Supreme Technology Inc. Primetime Marketing Solutions (Fraud) scam me for $18,000 on 4 credit cards for advertising on a distributorship/ anti- car theft alarm. (false promise) Internet

USA Supreme Technology Inc. ripped me off for $19,243,00 . I was contacted by phone and given their pitch I declined at first but they kept calling me and persuaded me to purchase their Finger Print Anti-theft car alarm kit for $1,243,00 they sent the kit, then kept calling until they convinced me to purchase $18,000,00 in advertising charged to four (4) of my credit cards said this was their ultimate package and this would be the only advertising that I would ever have to do. that they had distributors making over $100,000,00 with this package. When I mentioned the state of the economy, I was told not to worry because they had people getting rich in this economy, and I would  get rich also.  I told them that I could not make the payment on that much on my credit cards Sean Powers told me that in about two months I would receive about $42,000,00 to pay my credit cards off and after that I could expect a minimum of $12,000,00 to $18,000,00 per month there after. That was 11/08 I have not received a penny yet. I asked for my money back. and was told that no promised was made in writing or otherwise from anyone from their company, and that no reasonable person would expect a $42,000,00 return in two months on an unproven product in this economy. that my money is being used for advertising until it is used up. and that no promise of refund was made. I was told to read my invoice fine print at the bottom of the page. These jokers should be locked up and the key thrown away. Prying on poor innocent peoples. I told them in the begining that I was retired and on a fixed income. I was told tha my fixed income days was over, yea right, now I am in debt broke and poor instead of rich like they said I would be.
