On June 23, 2011 I placed an order for automotive tools from usatoolwarehouse.com for my automotive shop. My credit card got charged and I called the company on June 27, 2011 to get a tracking # and a time frame to get the order delivered to me. I spoke to the representative and he advised me that the order would be delivered to me within two weeks of the order being placed, and no later than that time frame. I waited until July 8, 2011 and I never received the order. I contacted the company and they told me that they did not have the items to fill the order. I then asked them to cancel the order since they did not have the tools avaiable. The representative refused to cancel the order and stated that he would not cancel it. I then asked to speak to his supervisor. I was placed on hold for over 35 minutes and then I was sent to a voice mail. I left a message and never received a call back. I called again on July 11, 2011 and was placed on hold when asked to speak to a supervisor. The representative stated that his boss would not cancel the order and pretty much told me I was stuck with the order. After about 4 calls I was able to speak to Nate the Supervisor. He told me thatt he items i wanted were not available at this time and his team was trying to locate the tiems. I told him to cancel the order and I would place the order through someone else. He refused to cancel the order and told that it is his policy not to cancel any order regardless if the items are not in stock. He told me I would get them when ever they come in. I demanded that he cancel my order and refund me my money. He refused and pretty much laughed at me.
 This place has absolutly no customer service in mind and does not care about the needs and time frames of the customer. Stay away from this place. Please make note of this place and the other names they operate under. There are numberous complaints about this company ripping off other people. Check the internet, google the names listed on here.
It is July 15,2011 and I have not received anything from this place. Every time I call I demand that they cancel my order and refund me my money. They state thatthey will not do that and to stop calling them. How this place stays in business is beyond me. If I do not get my money or the tools, I at least hope that this report can help someone out there to not make the same mistake I have made.
I will repost any updates on here if anything comes out of this.

Finally!!!!!

I finally got the tools I ordered but it took a very long time. Due to this long waiting period I was loosing money. I say spend the money through another company and get your tools way faster than these guys. You can make it up on the repair side of it for sure. Dont bother with this company the people are very rude and dont care to get your tools in a timely manner. They care about the money and nothing else. There is no customer service department and they really dont care. I do not recommend this company in any way shape or form.
