The company has no physical address. They rented an enterprise truck to run their scam. The owner of the scamming company poses as the driver and lies abot everything. He deliberately delays the drive to get overtime charges and falsifies charges to excess. Based upon my conversation with Ale, the telemarketing scammer, the total should have come to maximum of $900 and exactly $600. But the owner (Alex) posing as the sincere driver put many false numbers, hours, and extra services, and exagerrated the amount to $2734. The cost of their service was higher than all the possessions they had moved, i.e., 2 beds, 1 sofaset and 20 boxes. Furthermore, another $2000< unauthorized charge was made on my creditcard after this ordeal, where someone was trying to buy international tickets. These people are scammers, liars, thiefs and dangerous. They have no respect and do not reply to any calls once they are done with you.

All legitimate moving companies must have a USDOT and ICC number on the cab of their truck and all paperwork that they give you. Call the American Moving and Storage Association and verify that they are a member in good standing. Insure that they have a permit to operate in your state from the Secretary of State, or the Public Service Commission. And, always ask to see the Tariff that will affect your move, this will insure that you know all things that they can legally charge you with. Get a binding contract based on an in-home survey. And never accept an offer or sign anything until you have spoken with at least three movers.
