USA payday loans Using paypal green dot they scam by collecting money off card and you can't trace them Internet

I had applied for a loan and received a phone call from a representative (now I know it wasn't the same company) they discussed my credit and that I should get a better rate and they could do it for a small fee. I was hesitant and followed directions .they instructed me to get a green dot card which is a loadable card. I got the visa they needed the paypal one . I then new something was wrong money is money right! But paypal money green dot is not traceable. So anyone demanding only being paid by a green dot paypal card beware . You cannot trace the transaction once the money transfer is made. If it wasnt for my gut saying Stop something is wrong.again green dot paypal is the bad card.
