I recently brought the following item New! 10" Google Android 4.03 Tablet Pc 8GBReal Real 1G DDR3 Bundle 10" Keyboard for 134.00 and the 2 year warranty from Geek Squad for 17.00 and I would like my money back. Problems: 1. The key board wont commuicate with the Tablet. 2. The tablet wont communicate with my wireless connector 3. The tablet wont communicate with my router via the ethernet cord. 4. When fully charged, after only ten minutes unpluged it was already reading at 82 % battery.

As I reviewed my ebay policy I noted that I have a 60 day return policy. I have only had this device for one day and would like to return this device. Please tell how to do so so that I may receive a refund. Google should be ashamed for allowing their name to be placed on this device. I ordered a tablet from this company the end of December. Upon receiving the tablet I had problems loading games,adding programs in general.

I did contact the company and they gasve me a few suggestions to help.

I tried these suggestions and it didnt really make it any better.

I decided to return it and emailed for the return information, they wanted to know what was going on and I told them so they then sent an email with the return info.

I sent it back with tracking info and was a little concerned about my refund but in a few days the money was in paypal and now processing back to my bank account...

I only am out $6.45 for return postage.
 
Maybe they are cooperating now with the unsatisfied customer.

It is best to always pay with paypal!!! It safeguards your payment if the return is refused
