Be careful. USA2ME is a big scam.

Do Not Give Them Your Credit Card Information. Do Not Register

1  They ask the customer full scan the credit card front and back photo. If you marked up some numbers in the photo, they will tell you that're 1583 from requirements, and request your full scan the credit card again.

2 When you used the credit card register the service, the website will not active the service because the 1583 from requirement, so the credit card show "pending" status in their website. They promise they will never charge any payment. However, they will immediately charge the credit card for setup fee, once the customer says "no" to send them the full scanned credit card photos.

3 They always find some reasons to charge and charge again to the credit card. See the customer complain.

USA2ME is a huge scam
I just went through the process of cancelling my USA2ME account. Let me tell you what the cost of this absolutely ridiculous service was:

Initial membership 30 dollars.
Going to get a lawyer to sign some customs declaration form 70 dollars (I realize USA2ME doesnt have anything to do with this, but it is a huge pain to do)
Cost of shipping a one foot by one foot package from USA2ME to Canada $115 dollars.

So basically they charge like 3 times what UPS does to send the package. How does that make sense. So now they have youre package basically hostage. A couple weeks goes by.
Storage fee charged by USA2ME, 20 dollars.

At this point the package wasnt worth it and i didnt realize they were going to charge me for shipping. So i decided to cancel my account.
Discarding package fee by USA2ME, 20 dollars.

So USA2ME basically gets you to send them youre package, and then holds it hostage. And when you realize youre paying like 3 times what the package was worth to begin with, they charge you to throw it in the garbage.

USA2ME is a huge scam. They forced me to throw out a perfectly good package, and I paid them about 70 bucks to do it. And it totally using them cost me around 200+ dollars.

USA2Me is a good business

AUTHOR: Raul - (U.S.A.)

We are very sorry if you were disappointed with our services and would like to invite you to contact us directly to address these issues.

It is true that due to USPS regulations we request that every customer sends us a complete USPS form 1583 before we can ship any package or item, this is required by law and we can't waive the requirement. Nevertheless, after sign up and while we await your form 1583, the account is active and we do allow customers to begin using the account to receive mail and packages.

Also, given the high amount of credit card fraud in our industry, we do require verification of the credit card. This verification is normally done by sending copies of the card, however we have other ways that the card can be verified if customers contact us with concerns about sending copies of the credit card.

Regarding the rest of the message which copies an anonymous allegation from another poster or website regarding our rates, please know that it is difficult to answer to these allegations without knowing the details. For example a "one foot package to Canada" that weighs 150 lbs and ships via courier express service would be much higher cost than a similar package with only 2 lbs and shipping via ground to Canada.

Again, we are sorry that you found our services lacking and we will use this complaint in our continuing efforts to better our services.
