I left this company because they are so greedy, DO NOT have their member's best interests in mind and charge YOU points for Their delays! They overwork the mortgage department, do not pay them well at all and change policy every week. You will be better off going with another lender like Quicken Loans who gets the loans done faster. USAA is terrible. They put so much pressure on their reporesentatives to hurry and get more loans completed that the very values they claim they live by are completely forgotten. Management is a joke. They do not train their managers on how to deal with doing the right thing for the member. The company does not focus on Military like they say they do. They focus on $$$$$$$ in their pockets for the annual bonus and YOU pay for it. It is a very sad day when a bank uses our military as a platform for lining their pockets. Pitiful.
