In this instance it is for at least a 1 time shipment of $149.00. Below is taken from their terms and conditions from their website.

"When you order a trial pack OF any product FOR less than $50.00 you will be enrolled in a one time AUTOSAVINGS PROGRAM. With enrollment you will receive 1 TIME automatic shipment containing a 120-day cycle FOR THE SAME PRODUCT YOU RECEIVED A SAMPLE OF, FOR THE LOW PRICE OF $149.95."

Suddenly, your "free sample" turns into an order of $149.00. If you do manage to cancel the order, you are still not off the hook, as the following indicates (also from their terms and conditions).


"If the payments above cannot be successfully billed or AP program CANNOT BE COMPLETED OR IF YOU CANCEL YOUR AUTO SHIPMENT before YOU ARE BILLED for the full order price, you will be CHARGED $49.00 for the ORIGINAL SAMPLE bottle and your order cancelled. If we cannot successfully bill the $49.00 for the initial bottle, your account may be referred for legal and/or collection action. ALL SALES ARE FINAL."

Your "free sample" will cost you at least $49.00. This has to be false advertising.
