they lied about being authorized to do this. they did not cancel this service or credit my bill when i asked them to do so. i do not have any way to contact them except to seek them out online.
finally, my local phone sevice blocked all 3rd party calls from my phone, including this type of "service."
however, this problem has been going on for about five months now.
