USBI refuses to adjust the charges, but they don't have a signed written authorization from myself for service. They allege that they are stopping the charges from reoccurrying. However, they won't adjust them.
USBI is an artfull crook and Qwest shouldn't be billing anything for USBI because USBI won't adjust the charges. USBI and One call are thieves, hoardes, and fences.
