i am complaining for my 87 year mother.she never accepted usbi as her long distance phone carrier and tjhey charged her36.87 on phone calls she never made.she is on a fixed income and can not afford these charges.she does not use long distance. i called century link and they gave me the usbi number.the lady was very rude to me and refused to do anythig about this matter.
