USBI ripoff, dishonest, cheaters, fraudulant billing Internet

Either they should call us back and take care of these fraudulant charges or I will be forced to lodge a complaint with the Federal Communication Commisioners Office. Their number is 1-888-225-5322. And if you are another person of rip-off then i encourage you to file your own complaint. I hope i get some kind of help from here.

One suggestion to prevent further charges in the future is to call your local company and put a block on all 3rd party billing and 3rd party calls. Same with other services like operator assisted, and any service you would never use.
Since I have done that, no more fruadulent charges have appeared on my bill. Seems they also take a phone number that was legit and then claim you made an op assist call, or signed up for voice mail services.
Complain repeatedly and DO NOT PAY anything you did not knowingly make.
