I took out a loan of $150.00 on May 7th, 2007. Pay back of $195.00 Due on May 25th, 2007. No problem, until I checked my account and knowticed they only took $45.00 [the fee for the loan.] I called them and said they didn't take the full amount of the loan. Monuiqe/usfastcash claimed I needed to call them and tell them to take out the whole amount. So I asked her to please take out the other $150.00. They took out $195.00 instead. [The loan was for 150.00 with a 45.00 fee costing/due on 05/25/07.] When I called to complain, they said the additional $45.00 was there's to keep. But it was a computer loan, and I printed out and on there claimed they would take out the 195.00 - This company ripped me off! This loan cost me $240.00 instead of $195.00! Do not trust USfastCash aka PayDayAngels computer loans. The harder I tried to explain what I printed out and could you please help me clear this matter up, the worse the situation got. Susan Oxenford said email her or call 800 640 1295 if I had questions, I did, and they claim she doesn't take calls. I was on the phone from 0805am till 1252am trying to clear the matter up. I ended up having to use my visa/atm card to pay the 195.00 to get a confirmation number aka authorization code. Otherwise they would have taken 45.00 dollars every payday until the 195.00 was paid in full.
