The US Post Office in Miami Dade County Florida has been over run and permeated with bad and abusive employees, to the point that the post master, supervisors and managers will not do anything about it. This problem is one that affects their outside mail delivery employees to the inside employees, even many of the same managers and supervisors. Since they feel that they have no competition and we are forced to use them they have no responsible management structure that with any normal business would fix because if not customers would not use their services any longer.  While they continue to raise prices there services and attitudes decrease. From their national number to call and complain to the local representation they just do not care and the abusive and entitlement attitudes continue and increase. The USPS needs competition so that they start practicing what companies and establishments use as standards in a competitive environment. Dont just put up with bad attitudes from the USPS your services are not free. Complain, dont let them get away with this abusive mentality of paying customers.

Exactly!!   I know from direct experience that it IS the supervision and management in the USPS, INCLUDING 'upper management' (executives/so forth) that IS the major problem with the USPS. They simply refuse to do thier jobs!!   Constantly 'scamming' their way around their own responsibility(s) in their job discription(s) of same. 

If the USPS would simply 'follow' it's own rules/regs that directly refer to federal law, it would not be having so many problems with it's service, never-the-less it's employees. The Unions,  the NALC, APWU, NPMHU, are all pretty much useless as well.   The laws/rules/regulations 'governing' these people as well, are being totally ignored.  I have personally have written, and have visited Senator WEBB's office personally, directly to every known politician in NOVA (northern VA.) about it and they do NOTHING!!  I firmly believe the corruption goes straight/right up into the Congress and Senate itself, the ones that create the Laws referenced, as well.          

The 'proof is in the pudding', case after case, yet nothing is 'done', these 'criminals' just continue to stay 'in charge' instead of losing their jobs, and, I personally think they should be slammed in prison for a better portion of their miserable lives.           The 'criminals' are rewarded with 'advancement and retention' and BONUSES, and the good ones are fired in shame.   

It's 'topsy-tervy', upside down, false manipulation. And they are dragging the USPS, at the customers expense, write down the toilet.  What they clearly are 'depending' on is the government to 'bail them out' AGAIN at the taxpayers expense, who are the USPS's customers as well. Last 'tally' I heard was that the USPS has 'run-up' an additional 3.5 BILLION $$ deficit this fiscal year,  on TOP of over the existing 7 billion $$ one.    It's so HUGE a SCAM the government can not 'SEE' it as it IS, or they simply do not CARE how much the taxpayers are even further, burdened into oblivion!!!                                 

I am not, and should not 'have to' go into detail all that I know, because it is all so obvious, any 'details' would be simply denied by the rampid liars that they are, with their 'prove-it' attitude(s) that stink of putrid rotting garbage.

For 'starter's', look at all of the EEO/C complaints filed with the USPS, the  'NRPclassaction'  and the history of the same.    This/these are just a 'chip-of-the-iceburg' of the rampid unlawfull practices of the USPS.   How many wittnesses do they need??                           

The 'powers-that-be' above them (the USPS) need only stop 'looking' at each case individually, and 'look' at them as a 'whole', and the 'verdict' would be 'open-and-shut' with the people 'in-charge' fired in shame and locked up in jail for a long, long time.  Benjamin Franklin (founder of the USPS?) would turn over in his grave if he only knew!!   In total SHAME!!
