I sent package to China by Priority Mail on 3/10/14. The trackin CJ187290916US showed on the website the delivery attempt was made on 3/21/14. I tried to call customer service 1-800-222-1811 to make an inquries about the package numerous of time without any success. Obviously the USPS service does not work any more the way it used to be working! I do not recommend to use it!

USPS does not DELIVER

 Unlike most legit and trustworthy businesses, the USPS does not care when or who or if they   provide useful customer service or corrective actions. Calling their number is like throwing away an hour of your life because one, IF you ever get an answer, they won't take your concern seriously , and  two,  they will not taken any action whatsoever after you hang up.  They have become much less like a private corporation, and much more like the typical goverment agencies we have long since know do not care.

I have run more than one mail order business since the early 1980's, and know well the time, money and energy I have lost due to their inepitude in large,  and have to deal with their scams on my customers on almost a daily basis. Currently theUSPS has one of the largest sucessful scams going on with the Priority Mail 'lack of ' Service...they stand behind. nothing, give no guaratees, and yet they won't even tell the unwary consumer at the counter that the $5.60 fee letter they about to mail Priority will go into the 1st Class mail box when the consumer turns his back, and it will  NOT get there any sooner than a 49 cent letter would . I see this ' No Guarantee Lack of Service We do Not Deliver' much too often. Now they even have their clerks force tracking numbers on 1st class mail without asking the consumer if they want it...talk about a slap in the face. Seems to me if there is a service to be accomplished it would be by a class action lawsuit that the USPS is begging for...decent pay... lawyers ...anyone ?
