UST is practicing deceptive advertising by sending a solicitation that, for any practical point or purpose, is an invoice. BBB reports state UST responded that the 'invoice' includes terminology that it is a solicitation or that the envelope includes an insert stating this. Both statements are false. One would likely only know that the form is false if they were the one that handled such agreements for their place of work.
