Received what appeared to be an invoice today with bill to as our office and ship to as our office from UST. It was for warranty and preventatiev maintenance on telecom equipment. We own our own equipment and have no account with them.

Nothing on bill shows it's a solicitation for services. The reverse of bill is maintenance terms and conditions.
