UST U.S. Telecom Fake invoice for $425 for phone equipment maintenance , Internet

Many of my telecom customers are receiving fake invoices from UST for $425 for their telecom maintenance. When I called UST they said it was only an offer, however, it looks exactly like an invoice with terms like "net-30", Please remit payment to UST and "bill to (my companies name)
