I see the Anderson Brothers are still doing their fraudulent business. That is tragic considering all the complaints against them and they are allowed to get away with it.

I attended one of their seminars in 2001 and got taken in. Took the web course they offered...it was not helpful and cost about $5,000. I did learn (their very complicated)how to build a web site but could have learned Front Page easier and for a lot less money. I continued with them a lot longer than I should partly because I had invested so much and didn't want to learn how to build another site. aLL the time I had to pay monthly fees that far exceeded other web hosts and merchant accounts.

They kept changing the name of some of their businesses, I became confused as to exactly what I was paying for and to whom

In 2004 I contacted the consumer protection in Utah, the BBB, the US Atty, and of course on numerous times, USight. I understand there are 3 Andersons =Brandt, Scott, and Paul who run these businesses and keep changing from one name to another. even moving to another state - Keeping track of all of them is time consuming.

At one time Paul's BBB membership was revoked. In Aug '03 a series of mergers occured (one being EePenzio) under the name of Avalon Digital Marketing. In 9/03 Avalon filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 and continued operations under court supervision.

My problems with USight are still unresolved. If there is a class action law suit being filed I am very interested in being a part of it.
