I am a victim of that rip-off plus. The sweet words and smooth talk of a successful business and a hugh income was irresistable. I jumped in full force and invested everything. I have lost count of the thousands of dollars invested, because I am still being charged those monthly fees. I know I am well over $10,000 and the $25,000 credit card with a zero balance that was used has been maxed out. Before this started, I always paid off the card every month. Now I can barely pay the $400 finance charges.
It started with the MAKE MONEY ON EBAY package offered on a late night informercial. Once PMI charged their $5,000, they referred me to The TAX Club. They made their charges and now continue to make a monthly charge. They nearly caused my Federal taxes to be late filing them the night before they would be late and made major errors on my state taxes. Well after investing so much money I had to be committed: I didn't dare stop spending because that would mean certain failure and I was going to see this thing through. I continued forward spending all the requested funds. They referred me to Advantage so that my business would be located in Nevada for tax reasons. I think that was an initial charge of.. I'll just say several thousand, and Advantage also charges a big monthly fee.
I was told by the PMI person that I would get 6 months of coaching. When the coach called he said it would be six weeks of coaching 1 hour per week. I didn't pay that much per hour for my Degree. This coach also directed me to USIGHT to build my website. USIGHT made their charges and here I am. Nine Months after the first PMI charges and I still don't have a website.
I must finally admit that this was and is a complete and total rip-off. I really tried to believe and have confidence, but money going out and nothing to show after all this time - well, what can I say. I have been gulable to the extreme and I don't know what to do. PLEASE add me to your list, and I would appreciate any beneficial suggestions that might help with this situation.

I spoke to Carla on 10/29/04. My intentions were to see what we could do to make things right with Carla. I offered to waive her monthly fee for The Tax Club and do her 2004 taxes for free. If after the taxes were completed and Carla was satisfied we would only charge her $4.95 a month for corporate and personal tax returns for life! Also regarding her Nevada Corporation which is a completely separate company from The Tax Club. Carla's monthly fee is $89.95 a month until March of 2005. I was going to talk to ACS and get them to drop the monthly now which would be a savings of $160.00 over the next four months. We never like unhappy clients and will try our best to make things right with them.
