After spending a whole evening and one whole day listening to these people, we were then all pressured to rush to the back of the room to sign up to buy a website. They claimed the website was so easy to develop, a person could do it themselves. They offered customer service to help you if you needed it. I was suckered into buying a website and web hosting. When I refused to sign up and pay for anything else, their demeanor changed immediately and we were not treated with "importance" anymore. They rushed us through the payment part and would not answer too many questions.
When I got home I tried to immediately start building my website. That was a joke. I consider myself pretty computer literate, but this was not user friendly at all. After many days and hours of struggling through each stage of the website development and still not having a finished website I called for help. I did receive follow up phone calls fairly fast at first, but the anwers were still not helpful. They said my $59.95 web hosting fees would not begin until my website was completed and gone live. Wrong! I began seeing those charges on my credit card within the first 30-45 days.
I cancelled it as soon as I caught it on my credit card statement. To this day, I do not have a developed web site and all they want me to do is to authorize more money to be charged against my credit card and they will develop a website for me. No Thanks! I want all the money I have spent with this company and the time I have wasted with them. I would like to also be a part of class action suit. If there is something I need to do to get my name on a list of others seeking a settlement through a lawsuit, please advise.

I have spent quite a bit of time searching for uSight in Utah online. Can't find an address for them. Must be working out of some obscure location or someone's basement.
I suspect another outfit is doing the Seminars out of Utah. What is going on that there are so many scams coming out of Utah?
Don't give up...stay on target and get your money back.

Trust me, they're not gone. All they did is change their name!

So far, they must have made $30 million off it. They had some stinky whore peddling her ass as well as her phony sites all across America. According to victims here, they were raking the money in faster than they could count it.
So, why would they stop? What, did everyone at usight suddenly hit the lottery all at once? The money they made off this con is even better than lottery money.
So, no, trust me, they don't plan to stop until they drain everyone in America of their last penny.
That's how frauds work!
Plus, it's not just the money that's driving them. Con men get addicted to the swindle. It makes them feel powerful to suck in innocent victims. It's better than all the drugs they are currently addicted to. They couldn't stop even if they wanted to! It's the only life they have ever known. They have nothing else to turn to.
So, don't be fooled by them! They're not done. And, they're not gone. They're just sitting back and dreaming up their next con. With all the usight money to spend on it, this next fraud will probably run into the billions in losses.
As soon as it hits the streets, you will read about it here first. You can count on that!
Frauds never stop on their own! You either have to lock them up forever, or kill them.

Here's how you make your web site. You can use Yahoo or Frontpage.

The ceo of the company is Brandt Anderson. There are pictures of him online. You'll need one of them. Your headline should be Storesonline: Cheating their way across America, one phony web site at a time. Don't YOU be the next victim.
Next, tell the usight story. Six web site for $6,000. Empty promises. No site available. No traffic. Tell exactly what happened to you. You were there. I never heard of this usight before. So, tell your story.
Then, on to the victims. Small pictures to the left. Names and emails to the right. Use any pictures. They don't need to be the actual victims. Find pictures showing families and little kids. Like this.
Tom+Susan Smith-RIPPED OFF 12/03 LOSS:$8750
Bill Majors-----RIPPED OFF 01/04 LOSS:$12,400
Cindy Reynolds-RIPPED OFF 02/04 LOSS:$6,700
More copy: What makes you think you have any chance? You get no help. No web sites. Then, they turn around and sell you even more worthless things like Links4trade. You will spend months of your time, all for nothing. Want more proof? Just email any of the victims listed here. Ask Tom and Susan how Usight cost them over $8000. Ask them how the fraudulent company left them with no site and no service.
BEWARE! The only one that will make money here is the FRAUD company. Please, check with any of these people to see just what you are in for.
Don't go to their seminar! They will pressure you into buying. And, you will regret that as long as you live! These victims certainly do!
You'll need links. Definitely link to this site. There are some Usight pictures here. They're under storesonline. Copy them and use in your site.
Search sponsored links+yahoo. That will show you what you need to know to be listed at the top.
Get at least 50 victims. Most of them are here, and they are desperate to do something. List them all. Right now, usight is doing $500,000 a week. You need to chop that in half. Then, you need to offer to settle for $350,000 and remove your site. Sell the domain to usight after they've paid. That money gets split between the 50 victims.
I think you have a real chance here. If your site hurts them, they won't have any choice but to pay you to go away. The other victims can't make anything. They don't know how. But, you sound like you can.
Good luck!

Make your own list of victims. Keep track of everybody.

Here's what I'd do. Make a free yahoo web site. Costs absolutely nothing but some time. Yahoo geocities, it's called. They will put ads along the side of your page.
Anyway, call it the Usight/storesonline fraud hotline. Collect names of victims, addresses, and email contacts. List everybody's amount of loss. You keep a daily total of the losses. Be sure to file complaints with the FTC.
If every victim sends a dollar or two, you can buy paid listing on google. Now, your site comes up at the top of the page, to the right. It's called a sponsored listing. That gets noticed right away. Once you start, I'll show you how to make meta words that come up in all kinds of searches like home business/web site business/online business and so on. Plus, i'll show you how to get usight pictures to put on your page.
The purpose is twofold. One, it is a list of many of the victims. Get as many names and contacts as you can. You want the feds to see the crazy amount of money lost.
It also puts a real crimp in the usight business. They might settle with you if you agree to remove the site. You'll cost them a lot of money. It'd be easier to pay you off and shut you up.
Call your site usight/storesonline fraud info center. You page title needs to say: click here before they rip you off too! Tell the story of how they work on the page. Explain how they cheat everyone. Be sure to list all their different names. The go by tons of fake names.
It's the only way I can think of to pressure this trash company into submission. It's worth a shot.
Let me know if you can't make the page. I'll do it for you, and then set it up so it's listed in your yahoo account. Get on this right now!
Once your site is up, search here for all the victims. Let them know about your site. Get them all listed.
Get on google, at the top. Now you have something that will cost them a lot of money.
This name is available to be used:
USIGHT-STORESONLINE-FRAUD
You can use .com, .net, .org, or .info on the end of it as your domain.
Show these bastards who's in charge! They want you to make a web site? Give them one!
Once your site is up and running, you can call usight up and ask them if they'd like to help you with hosting. That'll get their attention. Show them how this web business really works!
