Who were the parties? I would guess its NOT between Fan Distributing and the customers. If its not between your company and them, I dare say its illegal to charge interest. I am sure there are other people here on ROR that are more familiar with that then I am.
"which have been delinquent for many years"---Just curious what you consider many years? I am guessing you may even be over the statute of limitations on this one.
Of course as shady as Drivetime/Ugly Duckling is, it would NOT suprise me if Fan Distributing is crooked.
