In 1996 I purchased, A 1991 Nissan Sentra from a buy here pay lot. It was a nice vehicle. I was on my way home and the accident happened.BOOOM on the right side of my vehicle slamming me on the right side of my vehicle, slamming me across 2 lanes over a curb,across the sidewalk and slamming into an ABC liquor store.The other party was ticketed and their insurance paid for a rental car and cut the local body shop a check for repairs.The car was in the body shop for repairs,Almost all of the repairs were done,they pulled it of the racks and it would not move.The bodyshop owner called in for a supplement check for a transmission and they said that was my deal.Fix it or pay for it so i said i was not going to pay for a car that i cannot drive.Called the insurance they said leave it at the body shop and they would take care of everything else.

13 years later i hear from the S O B's going to garnish my wages for 215 a week.B S.Fan Distributing can kiss my A-S. I will go to my grave before they will beat me out of 13,000$ for a car I owed 2,200$ on.I wont have any garnishes to wage.LETS ALL SUE THEM THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE WORKING CLASS PEOPLE!!
