Ugly Duckling Now DriveTime RIP-OFF's ABSOLUTLY Lewisville Texas

Unfortunately in this day and age most Americans have bad credit. Everyone that I have talked to say that it is easier to buy a Home then it is to get a new car.

With this said 3 years ago I had a dilemma I was a in home child care provider with very limited income and poor credit. I thought I had found the solution. DRIVE TIME was going to finance ME a car with all my issues. I needed a large vehicle with a family of seven.

They suggested a mini van and that was great we could all fit. They had a few to choose from. I was sure with the ones a say on their lot. Then we went to another lot where they had a Town & Country. I thought this was perfect.

I was excited about my purchase. Within a week I felt the car jerking while driving it. To me it seemed like the transmission was not catching gears right. But what do I know about cars I'm a female. I called and called and finally they suggested to take it to the warranty and vehicle repairs location.

After leaving my car there they found nothing!! Took it back a couple of months later and they cleaned something but nothing to do with the transmission. Both times got not one single sheet of paperwork to explain their findings. I requested them and they said they would mail it that the manager was not in and that needed to come from them. A third time my husband took the van with the same exact problems and drove the van with the warranty manager and he said nothings wrong. All of these trips no paperwork, 65 mile drive there, days missed from work and nothing was resolved.

I drove the van for 6 months total. On the sixth month I took my kids to the mall all 5 of them on a very cold January evening. When leaving the mall the van was acting real funny. We drove a little bit and then it just locked up. We ahd to try and move it out of the way. I called my husband and he came to get us in a 4-dr Hyundi Elantra all seven of us!!!

I called and told them what happened and of course it wasn't there problem since there were any findings when the can was borught in the 3 times. Now my credit is even worse I have a repossession on it now.

The cars my look nice but don't be fooled like me and so many other people needing good reliable transportation. Just remember if the car is really that great then why don't they give a longer warranty on all them. They say they do a 40 point check. Maybe visually but they all know they are selling us heeps and 3 times the value.

You can not Trade a DRIVE TIME car in anywhere that should tell you something!!!
