My last day the Boss lady accidentally revealed her real name and me and others googled it at our desks only to discover the women's mugshot!!! with a whole laundry list of fraudulent/forgery/identity theft charges!!!!! Her business partner in the office also a convicted criminal come to find out... and Ultimate Staffing had us in there for Two weeks before they finally accepted the truth.
Instead of compensating us.. finding us immediate employment..or apolozing they pointed the finger on us.. they told us Ultimate Staffing does not conduct background checks on their clients (the company the boss lady pretended to work for). Here's the kick in the gut for you.. boss lady was on their payroll as an employee!!! and they didn't run a background check on her but they did on us. The dropped the ball big time and refused to admit their mistakes or make it right. I asked them what they would do to prevent it from happening again.. and got nothing short of a not much in our procedures to stop it again.!!! Do Not Work through this staffing agency as they do not care about your well being, your identity protection, but rather just making money for their own selfish interests.
