WARNING!!! SCAM, I have had 12 Warranties over the past 6 years and this one was by far the very worst. They will only pay what they feel is reasonable and customary for hours and parts which is about half of what the actual cost is. I got three different answers on how they come to their reimbursement. 1 They check 5 other dealers in the area? NOT true and when I told them I would conference them in with two local dealers that had already agreed to get on the phone with me and Access they changed their story to, We are allowed to compare any 5 repair shops within 10 miles of you?? False because when I pressured the underwriter to give me the names, he started yelling at me and said they come up with an average of 40% less what is actually billed by the dealer I use. Boy did this answer allot. So, no matter where you go, you will always owe money with these guys over and above your deductible. Now to make this worse they don't cover the parts that they say they will when you purchase the warranty and when they do, they aply the same standard as the labor but make you only pay 30% of what is charged. I bought the best warranty they sell for a GMC Tahoe XL with only 37,000 miles. My cost was $2100.00 Three months later my Yo sensor went out. This is the sensor that detects rollover. Not only did they not cover this, the underwriter started yelling at my GMC dealer shop manager and cursed him out. I then canceled the policy because they said they would reimburse me. That was 5 months ago and I have seen nothing from Access and they won't return any of my calls. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY Go to a reputable Warranty company like xxxx. It will cost you about $300.00 more but they cover everything no questions asked....
