My son placed an order and it was declined, plenty of funds available in account. Told him to try again and again it was declined. I couldn't believe it and thought that he had to of entered in wrong info. I tried and my order was declined and I tried once more to make sure and was declined again. Then after a couple of days I had pending transactions from UltimatePay from my bank. I sent email to Ultimate customer service since no phone number available anywhere on the website or an address for that matter! I received a response stating that they didn't decline anything. Funny. Why would I make it up for a $5 or $10 purchase? Unethical way of doing business!!! Beware!
Just buy the game cards at Walgreeens, Walmart or wherever they are sold. Don't trust the website.
