Ultimatedvdshop.com,DVDdonkey.com,Dvdavenue.tv, Dvdcraze.tv These jokers ripped me off!!! Ultimatedvdshop.com Internet

I ordered a dvd box set (order# 191609) from ultimatedvdshop.com and was told that i would receive my order within 2-4 weeks. After not receiving this order, I emailed the company trying to find out what was going on. At that time they sent me an email reply informing me that my purchase was on backorder. So I waited a few days and emailed them again asking what the estimated time was that my order would be shipped. I then received an email stating that my order had been shipped and also received a Canada Post tracking number (CX220244679CA).

This tracking number never worked, and when I attempted to contact them again regarding the tracking number issue, I was told that the order had once again been placed on backorder.

After attempting to get a refund, with no reply from anyone at ultimatedvdshop.com, I did a little digging, using the phone number listed on one of the emails I received from them and discovered that this company is a fraud!

I haven't been the only person shammed by this company, as well as DVDdonkey.com and other similar companies listed under the address 238 Brownlow Ave #936, Dartmouth. The phone number the company sent me in their "confirmation" emails was 1-213-725-5232 and 1-877-7TV SHOW, which turns out to be a bogus number that does nothing but give a busy tone.

I've posted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, hoping that maybe that would help anyone else who is thinking about buying from this, or other similar companies. Now I'm posting this report in hope that maybe this will help someone avoid these jokers. I placed my order on December 26, 2007, and have been back & forth with these jokers until now. It's unfortunate that I only recently found out that this company was a fraud!
