My husband ordered their free trial offer which was one bottle for shipping cost of 4.99.

Well one month later looking at the bank statement I see 44.90 and 24.00 both to this company. About week after that we get another bottle in the mail. I go to the bank statement and see that was for 44.90. The 24.00 was for membership to their fitnes website!

He has called, sent numerous emails all with no reponse. I have sent a final email with a threat for them to contact me within 5 business days ( that would be by Thursday )or I was contacting a lawyer. We will see if I get a response.

I also had to call my bank and refute the charges as now their is another 44.90 charge today. And cancel my husbands cc. When you do this because you will have to (you can't reach anyone at this company) make sure to tell the bank any future charges are to be denied as fraudulant

EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back!

HERE IS WHAT RIP-OFF REPORT SUGGESTS YOU DO:

Go to your bank within 60 days of the charge, or as soon as you know about the charge, don't delay, and tell them that there has been fraudulent activity within your account. Explain that you wish to file a dispute, and demand that they assist you in accordance with Federal Regulation E.

According to the majority of victims interviewed by Rip-off Report, those who immediately called their banks to dispute the charges did not get very far. Many victims got the following responses from their banks: we could not do anything for you or you waited too long; it has been more than 60 days.

If the bank is says that you have waited too long, explain to them how you called their 800 number as soon as the charges were found, and were told by the bank that nothing could be done. Remind the bank that they failed to assist you properly at the 800 #, and instead, provided you with an inadequate explanation of your right to dispute. Tell the bank that it's their fault time has expired, and since they gave you the wrong info to begin with, they will just have to deal with it, take the loss and reverse the charges.

Tell them the truth; this was unauthorized and your account was NOT to be charged! Keep emphasizing how you never authorized anything! Direct them to the hundreds of victims reports that were filed on Rip-off Report.com. And if you're at the bank, walk them over to their computer and make them go to this site! If you are on the phone with them, tell them you will wait while they access this site! Either way, be persistent!

DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER!

Let them know nicely, that you were advised to Report them (the Bank) and this situation to the Banking Commission in your state. Since each state has a different name for the agency/controller over banks, find that name before you call or get to the bank so you can throw it in their face. The more knowledgeable you appear to be, the further you will get.

And just continue to demand the Federal Regulation E form! The bank CAN, MUST and WILL reverse the charge! But, you must be persistent; ask to speak to the supervisor or the area manager for all the branches in the state.

Let the bank personnel know you are meeting with the media later in the day, that you would much rather they do the right thing (as most other banks have) by looking at the complaints and immediately reversing the charge(s) to your account; no matter how long ago it was. Be sure to call the Media if necessary so you are telling the truth.

If you have to, be loud (but nice) in front of other customers. If you are just calling by phone, the above tactics should still work. The bank can easily fax or mail to you the Federal Regulation E dispute form.

CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the Rip-off Report .. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.

And good luck Let us know how you do!

Kimberly,

We apologize that you are having difficulties. After reading the first report we have been trying to locate the account in question. You have stated that it was your "husband's account". Upon reviewing all of the accounts with our company in the Hamilton, New Jersey area I proceeded to call the customers to locate your husband. Nobody recognizes the name Kimberly. It would be greatly appreciated if you simply called me and we could end this problem promptly. Please call 1-800-757-1279 ext 51. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, but I am simply unable to find your husband's account. Please call me and lets resolve this.

Isn't it funny how this fraud company comes here and claims to be 100% legit and offer people a complete money-back refund!

AUTHOR: Paul - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, July 30, 2005

If you search the index at the top, this scam company comes up a lot in the past few months. Naturally, the complaints here represent only a few percent of the actual victims.

You can see that they have been selling their dog pills by the millions.

But, that will stop soon. The complaints on this site come up at the very top of the google search results whenever anyone searches for ultra PM.

That's why the frauds came here and tried to claim that they gave a complete no-hassle money back refund. The truth is that they keep everything they get their hands on. I expect them to close their account and make off with the money they've already stolen.

They also come here and claim that the pills aren't for dogs or worms. Let them tell that to the people who got sick from taking them!

Kimberly, I hope you get a full chargeback for everything that was taken from you. Anytime a fraud gets to keep some money, it just encourages them to start a new scam. A chargeback will cost them money. If everyone did that, the crooks would lose $30 times 10,000 victims. That would take the profit right out of their little scam.

In a way, it's good that this is causing you a d**n hassle. Because you will remember this for years to come. Next time, you will buy your supplements from a health food store, like a normal person.

And, next time you find some free deal on the internet, you will think back to exactly what happened here.

Now that you see what can happen whenever you hand over account information, you probably will refuse to ever do that again.

This may be the best possible lesson you could get.

Good luck with your refund!

this nice company is stealing your money and sending you dog pills for worms. Here's how to do that.

AUTHOR: Paul - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, July 21, 2005

First, make sure that you get every penny of your money back with your bank.

Then, file a complaint with EACH of these federal agencies.

HTTP://68.166.162.20/REPOFORM.HTM NATIONAL FRAUD INFORMATION CENTER-COMPLAINT FORM

HTTPS://RN.FTC.GOV/PLS/DOD/WSOLCQ$.STARTUP?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01 FTC/BUREAU OF CONSUMER PROTECTION-COMPLAINT FORM

HTTPS://WWW.ECONSUMER.GOV/PLS/ECONSUMER/WIMSNERY2$COM.MAIN?P_LANG_SEQ=1 ECONSUMER-COMPLAINT FORM

HTTPS://WWW.IFCCFBI.GOV FBI INTERNET FRAUD COMPLAINT CENTER

WWW.USPS.COM/POSTALINSPECTORS/FRAUD/MAILFRAUDCOMPLAINT.HTM US POSTAL INSPECTION SERVICE-COMPLAINT FORM

And, since the pills you were sold were animal pills. Dog pills, for worms most likely. Other victims got sick from taking them. You might want to report that to the FDA. Here's the complaint page.

HTTP://WWW.FDA.GOV/OPACOM/BACKGROUNDERS/PROBLEM.HTML US FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION-COMPLAINT PAGE

That should give these frauds some explaining to do.

With the FDA and the FBI looking up their a*s, they shouldn't have a lot of time left over to push their free animal pills anymore.
