Ultra Life Fitness ripoff, fraudulent, rude, incorrect billing, deceptive, and unethical South Jordan Utah

I ordered a bottle of the Ultra PM and was asked to pay for the shipping and handling. I provided my debit card and a few weeks later there is a charge for $44.90. Three days later there was another charge for $24.00. I called the company and asked them to cancel my account, and refund the charges. I had already refused the next bottle, and had it sent back to the company.

The following month I received another bottle, and charge of $44.90 to my bank account, and two days later a charge of $24.00 was drawn against my account. I called them again, and I was told then that I had to send them a cancellation by e-mail. I sent the e-mail to the company, and the bottle back to the company.

On October 28, I called the corporate office and talke to a John, and explained the problem. He told me that was too bad, they would not credit my acount nor would they send me back the pills, unless I paid $4.87 shipping and handling charges. I requested to just have the ones I had refused back to me, and he said they couldn't do that.

While I was still talking to him he was extremely rude, I got angry and was trying to find out the address where to send the $4.87. I was told that I was yelling at him and he did not have to put up with it, and would terminate the call. I asked for his manager, and he stated he was the manager, and I could not talk to anyone else. I had not used any curse words, and I was loud, but not yelling at him. He said he would not do anything else to help me, and then hung up on me.

I called again and talked to Julie Anne and was told that John had already talked to me, why was I calling back there was nothing else they could tell me. I told her she was just as rude as John, and I would like to speak to someone else. I was told no, end of story, goodbye.
