I immediately cancelled the order and sent a email requesting a refund. I never got a response or refund. My CC has been charged $4.95 every month under several different names with the same phone number next to it.
Apparently, this company operates under at least 66 different domain names!
If, like me, you have been victimized by this unscrupulous company, file a complaint with the Attorney General in Utah, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado. You might also file a report with Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. Go to Help For Victims.
Oh and by the way....the canned response or rebuttal from the "company" is a joke.
